Deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 remote support for distributed enterprise workforces. Manage Microsoft 365 tenants, Intune MDM, Active Directory / Entra ID, VPNs, and network firewalls.
Requirements: Microsoft 365 Certified, hands-on experience with Intune, PowerShell scripting, network troubleshooting, and excellent English communication.
Build high-performance web applications, internal tools, and client dashboards. Work across modern frontend frameworks and scalable serverless backend architectures.

Audit AWS and Azure infrastructure spend for mid-market clients, identify idle resources, model Savings Plans, and deliver actionable cost-reduction blueprints.
Requirements: 2+ years analyzing AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, tag governance, and architectural rightsizing. FinOps Certified Practitioner preferred.
